The blue-black t-shirt dress is by No Boundaries from Wal-Mart in September 2012; the shoes are American Eagle "Sweetheart" black polka-dot wedges from Payless in June 2013, Other accessories are blue bow and blue and gold jewelry. As noted, the heat and humidity has me bare-legged.
